My Goal

My goal is to loose between 15 and 20 pounds! now you wouldn't thinkthat sounds to hard!
I started my diet on January 1st! I'm doing the weight watcher thing and don't really like it you don't get to many points here! But I decided to weigh in every Monday and yeasterday I was down 2 pounds! So I'm on my way! Hopeful I can stay on track!

  2. Good job. My mom works with a handful of women who are doing Weight Watchers here and some of them have lost like 70-80 pounds. My mother in law and brother in law are going. They like it but I don't think are really working the program to it's full potential.
