Still here

I haven't been doing so hot. I gained a few back and then lost them so I am still at the 13 pd mark. I swear I am going to do better though. I still have 25 to go.

    Sounds like you're already on the right track to helping out your anxiety! Diet and exercise is really a huge part of it! I've had to stay away from anything that has sugar in it or turns to sugar because it eats the "B" vitamins in your body which make you feel good. Walk or run at least 30-45 min a day and drink lots of water! I really hope this helps you cause I know how horrible it feels to have anxiety! Keep me updated! I'd love to help you find something that makes your anxiety go away!
