Anyone who wants to be an author please get a hold of Josie, Trish or Kyla. This is a group site and everyone is welcome. I plan on trying to post a fitness tip or something helpful at least 3-4 times per week (I'm going to try for everyday, but that might be a stretch for me). Anyone who has good advice, stories and experiences, goals, etc... feel free to speak up. If you cannot get a hold of one of us just post your name and email in the comments section and one of us will add you.
